We had very good experience with the individual. We had a lot of issues with our heating and air but they took care of it. It was expensive but heating and air is expensive. I don't think that they overcharged us. I think they were very prompt and very courteous. The man put little slippers on his shoes when he walked in and out of our house so that he wasn't bringing mud into the house. I thought that was very amazing that they would go to that trouble. They were prompt. They didn't try to sell me a brand new system. He was honest about the age of our system and what would be needed to maintain it. Instead of really trying to upsell me with a new system they took care of what they could and were honest about it. I think they would be honest in the future if I didn't need a new system and not just be trying to sell me one.
