Over 24 years of construction related experience. AHIT (American Home Inspectors Training institute) trained. International Association of Electrical Inspectors member Sucessfully passed the National Home Inspectors Exam. Sucessfully passed the American Society of Home Inspectors ethics exam. Alton Darty holds Arkansas Home Inspection License #1496 Completes over 50 hours of continuing education units each year. Instructs continuing education classes for home inspectors at the ABC Home Inspection Institute. Retired after 28 years of service with the Osceola, Arkansas Fire Department. At the OFD served as a shift captain and as the department Training Officer. Also served for 16 years as an adjunct instructor for the Arkansas Fire Training Academy,16 years as an American Heart Association CPR instructor.
