Terminix - North Little Rock -Termite & Pest Control

I am quite pleased with them. I think their pricing is fair and I would definitely use them again. I once had a contract with Terminix. They were taken over by Delta Pest Control which is the provider I use now.

They do a good job. They are a little high on price.

Rodney is our technician. He is always prompt, reliable and pleasant to work with. He listens to all our concerns. He sprays just outside but always offers strips to lay down inside if needed.

We've used them for a number of years. We are very happy with them. We tried 2 or 3 companies before them and we settled on them a long time ago. They are very good. We won't change unless something drastic would happen.

I pay a yearly service of $400 for the year. I like them, they come out quarterly, and if you have problems in between, they come right out when I call them. They do a good job. The price is comparable with everyone else. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them.

We have a year’s contract with them and they come out every quarter. Their services are not that great. We use them only because we are under contract. Their price is too high for every quarter. When I talked to them over the phone they gave me one price and when they got here it was totally different and they said that they don’t go by what the sales person says over the phone to customers. They said I can cancel anytime I wanted but when I told them to cancel, they said when I am under a year’s contract so they are not allowed to cancel.

They are okay. I would refer them to friends or family. We would continue to use them. They take care of our house in Little Rock and Russellville.

They take care of pest control and termite control at the same time. We've been using them for about 10 years. I think they do a good job, and I plan to continue having them out.

We have had Terminix Pest Control Service for about 3-4 years. We have quarterly service with additional calls if needed. The service was good, initially. The technician would talk with us about anything we may have noticed or wanted addressed, and proceeded to perform that work in addition to the usual walking the perimeter and checking rooms inside. At some point in the last year or so the technician changed and the level of service plummetted, especially with respect to scheduling. We still haven't had our December service - we've been given four dates with a two hour window so far, and on three of them they simply didn't show up. On one they did call to say they weren't going to be able to make it. The costs have continued to rise each year, and the level of service is such now that we can no longer justify paying that much. We are looking for a replacement to provide this service.

When we bought the house Terminix did the termite inspection and termite proofing in our house. Their price always seems to be going up. They show up when they say they will they do the work and if you have any problem in-between times they show up and they take care of it. Their people are polite and business like. So far I don’t see any problems around I guess they are doing all right. They have never seen termite. If you have any questions they will give you advise. So the experience has always been very positive. He is good. Price wise it goes up almost every year.

I would give them an A for everything and I will definitely use them in the future.

For a few years I didn't even know they were coming except they were mailing us a bill once a year. Since then we have talked to them on a phone before they come then they tell us if they found any problems and leave us a written report which is a lot better.

They do good work and we have been very satisfied with them.

Unknowingly to us, Terminix mistakenly canceled our termite policy. I called them when I did not get a renewal notice and found that when a house up the street was sold, our policy was canceled instead of theirs. The lady in Terminix's office was pleasant, apologized and took my payment over the phone. She said that she would send me a receipt and certificate. Three months and 4 phone calls later, I finally received the certificate and someone came out to inspect for termites. The same day, someone from Terminix was to come to do an initial treatment for indoor/outdoor pests They never showed up, so at 5pm, I called to ask where they were. Terminix said that they would call me back, which they did not do. The next business day, I called again and was told that their records showed that someone had come and sprayed, so they would have to have a service manager call me back. Again no one called back, so after an hour, I called them. This time I was able to talk to the service manager. He said that their GPS system showed someone had been on my street, but they couldn't tell what house. I finally found out from a neighbor that Terminix had gone to the wrong house and sprayed. Someone finally showed up to spray. Both the termite inspector and the technician were very nice and professional. The office staff seemed very unorganized. I would change services, but once you have a contract with a company for termite services, I understand that it is expensive to change. I probably will not renew my pest contract.

They were average but they did not go above and beyond. They were timely and professional.

Terminix is pretty good. They do their thing and they do not waste time. I would call their services above average and would surely recommend them to others in my community.

Since moving into our home, we have found no more termites or evidence of termites. We liked the fact that Terminix detected the problem and resolved it so quickly. They even replaced our board which was pretty nice. They seem to take care of their customers to ensure customer satisfaction in the long run.

I guess that I would say that they are just fine. They do this for me yearly and they are very nice and very thorough. I do not believe they are expensive. It seems to be reasonable. I have no complaints with them at all.

These people showed up when they said they would. I didn't have to wait around all day for them to show. That was important to me. I have not had any ants inside my home since they sprayed, or any other pests. The person who came out was friendly and kind.

Terminix Pest Control came out for termites only, but once the contract is up they will be cancelled. I have had bad experiences with using them for pest control. If I didn't know better I would swear they were putting sugar down. After each application I would see ants, no dead ants either. They would always show up for their scheduled appointment, but if I had to call them back out they would eventually come out and were never on time. They were coming out to spray inside and outside of our house for ants and roaches.

We've used Terminex for three years and they come once a year to inspect and treat for termites. They're reliable and call us before they come out, and, as far as we know, we don't have any termites.

Terminix has been providing us service for several years now. Since they have been coming we have had no problems with termites in or around our house. They are professional when inspecting and spraying our house. They do a good job and are very pleased with them.

We have recently left Terminix because their prices are just too high. We did have someone come out and do a termite inspection, and of course found nothing. He did give us a written report though.

He showed up and by the time. I got outside he was already gone. I had to call the main headquarters in Kansas City just to get results. They sent out a different guy to spray three weeks later. I was not pleased at all with this company.
