Description of Work: We had a maintenance contract with Seaton for 3 yrs then our a/c was freezing up so I called them & they quoted me an outrageous price to clean our coils. Their maintenance contract is worthless!

 + -1 moreIt was very top of the line. Which they provided me a rebate to send into our local gas provider, and I got $600 back. I liked their work force. I mean they you can tell they are really all on the same team. The owner is just a good manager of people. I just kind of like some kind of football team or something and they just have this good sense of craftsmanship. You didn't feel like they are short cutting you or anything. I think they could have cleaned up everything the first day. I had to wait a little bit for the old stuff to be moved. But it wasn't that big of a deal. They just didn't move their cart. They did have financing and that was a deal. I was willing to pay a little extra for that.
Description of Work: Installed a new HVAC unit.

 + -1 moreI am going to use them. They just had the best price, and they had financing. Other HVAC's don't have financing. They didn't charge me nothing. I just called up and said who I was, and she remembered me, whoever their front person is. It was actually a few days out from the year warranty, and they give a free warranty service throughout the year. She said I will just send someone out since you haven't called us yet, and we will just inspect everything. That will be your, what we would have done if you would have called. So they were real nice about that. Its not really difficult to do that kind of work. Either you show up on time or you don't, and they show up on time. I don't know what they do anyway.
Description of Work: They came out and inspected the new heating and air I put in last year. Routine maintenance of HVAC system.

Description of Work: Seaton diagnosed and replaced our heating/air conditioning unit. Seat on was contracted by our home warranty. | |Seaton convinced the warranty co that the entire unit should be replaced AND that we should not have to pay a surcharge. | | |We now have a new heat pump and central a/c for the cost of our warranty deductible of $75.00. |The only reason Seaton does not get an A rating is that they were horrible at returning phone calls. The process of working with the warranty co took over a week. When I called the Season office,I most often had to leave a message. I did not receive a return call. When I would call again, |the office manager would say she was just about to call me back. We might have looked for another provider, but it was not our choice. | |Overall,however, we have been very pleased with their work, and would recommend Seaton. | |*Actual value of job $10,000+ w/o warranty.

Description of Work: Chris came and diagnosed our problem as a bad exhaust motor and was able to replace the parts that had gone bad quickly and for much cheaper than his competition.

Description of Work: Replaced ac unit. They were on time and very professional. It was done on home warranty, so it was done cheaper than what it would have been otherwise. Did not matter, they did a great job!
