Parker arrived on time and proceeded with returning the exterior can lighting to full function. He even eradicated a nest of hornets in the process! He also re-installed the interior fan pull chain so that it functions properly. Parker listened carefully to what we needed and responded appropriately. He is personable, easy to work with and takes pride in his profession. We will certainly call him for future needs, as well as recommend him to friends & neighbors.

Parker and his team performed a complete rewire of our house that was built in 1941. They arrived every morning around 7:30-8:00 AM and worked until around 4:30 to 5:00 PM. His team was professional, friendly, and did a great job rewiring the entire house. We plan to use their services again when needed and we enjoyed working with Parker and his team!

Mr. Reed was very professional and impressed us with his knowledge and eagerness to help out with this electrical service. He had a helper and both of them did an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves and even hand trenched to my outside electric box. They worked in very extreme heat and didn't complain. I did most of the set up of this job on the phone but my husband was with them as they worked. It is hard to find good, honest and dependable people but I can say that I would highly recommend Parker Reed with Reed Electric to help anyone out with their electrical needs. I will be recommending him to my friends and co workers.

We had a storm roll through the night before and one of our breakers tripped and would not reset. He replaced it with a new one very quickly. He was very personable and I would definitely call him again.

Wow! That is the best wordI can think of to describe the work done by Reed Electric. Look at all he did and did it promptly and professionally: Reed Electric did five major things: hooked up new garbage disposal putting in the new switch on wall for it, changed bathroom light fixture, installed new ceiling fan where I'd never had one, installed a plug-in in the bathroom, and rewired breaker so I now have a dryer. It does not get much more reasonable and professional than that! He did it all in a day and the cost was affordable. Thank you, Reed Electric! I know where to go if I ever need anything else done.

Reed Electric did a great job installing five new outdoor lights. Lights required new wires and indoor switches. Also, they installed a large 60" outdoor ceiling fan, with a 4' down rod. All of the work was done very professionally and in the timeframe promised. The price was as agreed upon prior to the work starting. I would definitely use Reed Electric again.

I had a large list of items that took him just over a day. He did leave a little bit of a mess in a coupe of spots but cleaned up most everything else.

I've had an electrical problem at my house for years. Lights dim and brighten, light bulbs explode, and more. I've had electricians come, who couldn't find the problem, and the electric company once came, but the problems persisted. Recently, it really got bad, and I called Mr. Reed. He asked me questions and listened patiently to my long list of problems. He said he'd be happy to come out, but he thought my problem was a "neutral" and I should call the electric company and tell them everything I told him. He said my problem could probably be repaired for free. I followed his instructions, Entergy came out while I was at work, and I came home to a different house: one that works. I had no idea my lights were supposed to be this bright, and when I run the washing machine, the lights don't flicker. So, after years of spending money trying to fix this nagging problem, this wonderful person helped me, and he didn't take advantage of my utter ignorance. God bless you, Mr. Reed. You're a rare breed.

Excellent service all the way around! Very professional and friendly, and provided honest feedback on several projects I had questions on.

On time, worked consistently from arrival to departure, explained everything in advance and pointed out options along the way, cleaned up like they'd never been there before leaving and I'm pretty sure they through in an outside outlet for free because the bill was about $110 short of my calcs. Great guys, will have them back in the future.

Everything went very well. I was able to get an appointment within two days of my call. Two workers came out and assessed my kitchen light and living room ceiling fan. They were on time and called ahead to be sure I would be there when they arrived. They replaced the balast in my kitchen light, and found that the processer in my cieling fan was broken, removing it for me. They were friendly, professional, and well kempt.

Reed Parker is very responsive and so polite! He came out quickly after I called him and did an inital evaluation of my older wiring. At that time he gave me an estimate for installing a new bathroom fan, timer and ceiling fan. He returned to do that work with a very nice and knowledgeable assistant. It took them longer than expected to install the fans (they had to work around some issues related to the current wiring and wall structure which was more involved than normal; we have an older house that's been added onto). Both men had to go into the attic and it was hot and full of blown insulation. Hard and dirty work! Even though it took them longer than expected, Reed never asked for a change in the estimated amount. He also evaluated some old knob and tube wiring in our attic and answered alot of questions I had. Let me emphasize - I asked A LOT of questions because I know nothing about wiring - and that takes time to answer. And he was always so patient and took the time to answer them all. That in itself was worth so much to me. Reed is personable, fair and he liked my dogs (bonus!). I will call him again when I need electrical work.
