What a mess! I watched as the work was done over about a two week period. One day, the painters just didn't come back. A section was left undone, there was debris left around, and then paint started sheeting off the surfaces. I saw this with my own eyes!! Also, the caulking was incomplete around the windows, and caulking between the bricks and the siding was non-existent. In several places, you could put your entire hand between the bricks and the under-eaves siding. About a week later, after my friend got another contractor to repair and finish the job (including a lot of repainting, and so far about 50 tubes of caulk), Parmer owner came back and demanded more money. She paid him--we are retired and kind of afraid to get into arguments. I thought the price was high when she told me what she was paying, but had the quality been good, it might have been worth it. If this one experience is an example of this company's general policy, it would be risky to get involved with them.
