OVERHEAD DOOR CO OF LITTLE ROCK

I needed my torsion springs replaced after a local guy installed the wrong springs while I was away on a deployment and they broke in less than two years. The technician from Overhead Door who performed the work was named Joey. He was professional, polite, and on time. After letting him know about the circumstances leading to my broken door springs he quickly got to work and had the job completed in short order. He was also very informative in explaining the work to me and entertained all my questions. Great guy, and he is a veteran! I should also mention the service manager, Rodney. He was very helpful and provided me with a great deal of information during a fact finding call I made prior to scheduling a repair.

I called this company to get a price quote and they called me back within the hour I left the message. The sales person came out the time we arranged and inspected my garage door. He gave me a quote and it was very reasonable so I scheduled the install. The day of the install, one worker arrived and within about three hours I had a new garage door and an opener. The old garage door was original to the house and the style is no longer made. The installer had to tear down the old railing and part of the wood in order to make room for the new tracks and door. He also had to install an opener where there had never been one. The installer sold me and installed an entry keypad. When he was finished he showed me how everything worked. I am pleased with the company's performance and tickled about finally having a garage door that isn't rusty and closes properly. Having an opener is wonderful, too. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

My garage door had literally came apart several years ago but it was fixed and it didn't become a problem until this year. I contacted several vendors and even though Overhead Doors was not the low bid they appeared to be very knowlegable and professional. The primary problem encountered was in keeping the door level and still providing maximum sealing as it closed. They had to modify the bottom panel to provide what was required since the garage floor was not as level as it should of been. The installed was very professional, and although it took him some time to accomplish the task correctly he stayed with it until I was satisfied.

The installer brought the door, installed it, cleaned up after himself, and fixed another problem with the mount to the wall (a long term problem I had not been aware of), and was finished in less than four hours. I paid with VISA. The final bill came in under the estimate. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

It went well except that they were not able to make an appointment for several days..5 to 7 across a weekend. If the cars had been inside the garage, we would have looked for another company. We waited only because their tech was so fair on the last trip. They did meet all commitments.

The technician, Allen, arrived within the two hour window of time provided. His office called before dispatching him. When he arrived he instantly identified the problem and communicated that to me. He quickly lined up the sensors. He did not charge me a service call since the problem was so quickly resolved. As a result I will use them in the future for my garage door problems. Allen had been to my home previously and I was also pleased with the work during that call. However, I was charged for that one.

The technician arrived when promised, diagnosed the problem, returned the next day and replaced the necessary parts.

Though I don't recall their price I found them reasonable. They were very responsive. I will use them in the future.

The technician replaced parts in my garage door opener. While he was there, he also checked and tightened up the screws in the whole door. He was very courteous and professional; arrived on time and completed his work in a timely manner. I will definitely use this company again -- if I need additional service or if I need a new garage door mechanism.

They came out twice to fix minor problems and charged nothing for either visit, even when I urged them to accept payment. Impressive service!

The company was very responsive when I called them. They were prepared to send out a Technician the same day, but we were not home so they send the Technician the next day. He was very professional and even had their office phone me when my son did not open the door as he was sleeping. He quickly diagnosed the problem and phoned me to let me know the problem and what it would cost to fix.

He came on time, performed the work correctly, and did a great job of cleaning up after himself.

They did a great job on our garage door. On our old door, you could hear the door open and close and with this one you can t hear it at all. They worked really hard and were very respectful. They were also well organized and prompt. This was covered under my home builder s contract.

Overhead Door Company removed the old existing storm door, in order to put on our new front door. They did reinstall the storm door. They did a really good job. They were very prompt and respectful.

Their work was fine but they weren't very fast. They showed up on time and they cleaned everything up when they were done. They were very respectful and they had the right parts for the job.

They came out because the door would open very slow and they told us our opener was working overtime because of our retracting springs. They were very polite and repaired our garage very well.

He came out two times to fix the springs and he should have been more careful putting on the right springs. He was honest and he did good work but I was initially unhappy. He was in too big of a hurry when he put on the wrong springs.

They are real good people and do real good work. The worker did an excellent job, was on time and didn t charge me to come back a second time. He was caring, professional and came back when he said he would. He didn t make any mess and I would recommend them for sure.

He seemed to be very knowledgeable about his line of work, which made me feel comfortable with him doing the work. I was very impressed with his ability to get the job done and cleaned up. He explained his services in detail and answered my questions. I was very satisfied with the ending results.

I couldn't complain at all about their work. They did a good job installing the new springs and opener. They explained why the repair was needed and made sure everything worked properly before they left and cleaned up well. The price seemed a bit expensive but it was probably in line with the normal. I'm just not aware of what the normal is.
