Mister Sparky Central Arkansas

It went very well. My house is an older house. I initially contacted Mister Sparky to replace the wiring in attic. After evaluation, they suggested it would be better to replace all the wiring. They took pictures of the old wiring in the attic and gave detail report on its status and why it would be beneficial to replace all the wiring. I didn’t realize how unsafe the current wiring actually was. They gave me an exact cost and suggested other things they would do during the process. Things such as ‘wire’ the smoke detectors; add a few electrical outlets that I wanted; install ceiling fans that I had already purchased. It took a solid week and it proved to a much bigger job than they anticipated. They worked long hours each day. It was a major job but I was never inconvenienced. They also did a few things we hadn’t discussed which I greatly appreciated.

They were very prompt and arrived just as they promised which was important to me so that I didn't have to take a day off work to wait all day on someone to show up. The young man that came to do the work was very friendly and professional acting. He explained to me what he found and told me exactly what he could do to fix it and how much it was going to cost before he did anything. They had all the parts on the truck he was driving and he was able to take care of everything while he was there the first time. I tell everybody about Mister Sparky and how good they took care of me. The young man told me about a program they have where they check a home for safety and that is a really good idea. I will be calling them to do a safety check on my next home before I move in. They are wonderful.

They are good people to work with. They did a very nice job. It took them a couple of days to do all the work, but they did a good job. It took a little more time because of a machine malfunction. Getting the appointment scheduled was easy. They even showed up early to start the work after confirming the time. They had two workers do the work. They both worked hard all day and finished it up the next. We are going to have some more work done soon, and they will be on our list to call. Everyone I worked with was very professional, personable and went right to work.

The experience was fine. We had not issues with the work. The workers showed up on time. They did everything promised. They were a little pricey.

We were very happy with their work. They came in did the breaker box and then did the rest on another visit. The technicians showed up on time and finished on schedule. There were no problems with their work. They were very honest about some work that did not need to be done. The technicians were very pleasant and did a very nice job with cleanup after. Their pricing was reasonable as well for the work they did.

The inspection went well. We were looking to put in light fixture, and we needed that area checked. We used another company to do that work. He checked several things on their list as well as a couple of things I wanted checked as well. This was a good overall experience.

They were too expensive for the service. They were professional when coming. We did have to pay a fee for them to check the electric work out. The ad they had did not match up with what they said when coming to my home.

They have been my electricians for the last four years and they always do an excellent job. I have used them because the quality of work is so high. They always clean up after themselves, they give estimates before the work and it has been lower than the estimate at times, and they honor military discounts which is very appreciated. We would not use anyone else. The work is well worth the cost. Joey Whitehead the electrician that I use is incredible and he always trains people on the job as well. The first time that I used them it was an emergency as I was rewiring some light switches and I found some loose hot wires and they did not charge extra for the night time visit. They were amazed that my home had not burned down as the wires were touching the drywall. He trained me in the wiring of the switches and I have not had to use them for the minor work after that. They are fabulous and everyone should use them.

They did a great job. They were able to show up on a Saturday morning, and no one else I called answered. The technician diagnosed the problem well and was very clean and professional. Overall, a great experience.

They are always on time and they do a fantastic job. It could have turned in to a big job and he was honest in letting me know that it would not completely fix the issue. They are on top of things and they came within an hour. I would definitely call them again.

It was great. Everything was very good. They were on time. They gave me a fair estimate. They cleaned up any messes they made. They gave me some other ideas to help me out. Our house got hit by lightning so we had them come out and they gave us a nicest service.

I got a call when the technician was on his was with plenty of time to spare. He arrived on time, discussed my options with me and worked with me to help me save money. The company was good to work with before the service as well. Since I was ordering the fixtures myself, I had questions about what components to order. They got an electrician on the phone, which was quite helpful.

They were on time, very professional, work was done in a timely manner, and Jayson was great to work with. He walked through my home to give me ideas for safety purposes, sat down and talked with me about the options and then I chose what I could do and afford. I would definitely use their service again.

They used to be called Electrical Solutions, but have been bought out and are now Misty Sparky. I had them come out to rewire my panel since it was insufficient for the electrical trips that I had. It was also not up to code. My experience was excellent! They are courteous on the phone and prompt with their service. They are professional and I have never had a bad experience with them. They explained everything and gave me a list of everything I needed to have done. They then provided suggestions on how to do it in steps rather than all at once. I could not ask for a better electrical company!

We called and scheduled appointment to have a electrical problem assessed and fixed. We had tried another electrician and needed help because no one could figure out the issue. The technician was excellent! Joey was very professional and wore shoe covers and had the problem figured out in no time! He repaired for FREE because he was 3 minutes late! He had been out of town on a job that day and was running a few minutes late. The company did the repairs for free as promised as thier gaurentee! I will go with them on all of my electrical needs due to his knowledge and attitude! He also did a electrical inspection ...thank you for peace of mind!

Quick and painless except for spending the money. It was a non hassle change over from the old box to new box..

The guy was really nice and polite. He spoke with his supervisor to get another opinion. He then left some information behind. However, no work was performed.

The guy was nice but I did not like that they charged for a call fee. He was easy to work with and seemed knowledgeable. I will no longer use their services because they were not upfront about their call fees.

It was a very good experience. The price was very reasonable. Brian, the technician, was very accommodating. I live on a busy road and he had to park far away. He was nice and outstanding. He was professional, competent, and completed the work quickly. He was also very thorough, on time, and personable. I felt safe and comfortable having him in my home. I have seen this company in my neighborhood in the past. I would recommend their services and use them in the future if needed.

They always call ahead of time to schedule the appointment and will call when they're on the way. They're really good people and I am very impressed with their service.
