+ -1 moreHorrible. Very unprofessional. Very bad job. Probably damaged my house plumbing. Refused to come back and fix the problem. Told me to get the parts myself and fix it myself. Water constantly running out the side of the house full force.
Description of Work: Replaced a pressure regulator and water was shooting out the side of my house from the hot water heater because he didn't know how to adjust the water pressure. He told me to get the parts and fix it myself. He would not come back to fix it. I had to get another plumber to stop the water from coming out the side of the house. It took the other plumber 5 minutes to fix it. Matlock is very unprofessional and does a poor job. He told me he was trying to be nice when he told me to get the parts myself and fix it myself.

Description of Work: On last occasion the provider checked a concern I had about a cut-off valve. Just charged the minimum service charge. On previous occasions the provider did an extensive amount of work replacing a sewer line and water line.

+ -1 moreMatlock Plumbing was referred to me by a friend. I called and spoke with Mr. Matlock and described the problem I had. He said he was not sure when he could come, but would call me back. He called the next day and we worked out a time that day for the service call. At the scheduled time, Mr. Matlock and his son arrived and began the repair. They determined that additional parts were needed to complete the repairs properly. Since my lavatory is a vintage 1948 Crane, parts are not available locally. Mr. Matlock assisted me in locating a plumbing supply house in California on the internet that had the required parts, which I then ordered. The parts have just arrived and Mr. Matlock is returning to finish the repairs. I am very impressed with Matlock Plumbing and will highly recommend them to anyone.
