A very professional company. Communicated very well with my insurance company to assure that I got the roof that was needed. The workers arrived early and worked late each day. Very polite and courteous workers. They did an excellent job on my new roof and protected my landscape as well. The cleanup was very thorough. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

I liked everything about the experience with Fraley. I generated a set of requirements that I wanted them to accomplish. I had a few specific requirement on how I wanted a bulk of the stuff implemented.We created a four page statement of work of some generalities and specifics. We negotiated the price on over the line items and then negotiated them individually and added them up. They were a very professional outfit, unlike another roofer rated by Angie's List that runs her business out of a beauty shop. She is a certified installer because she subcontracts all the work out to Fraley. It's one of those woman owned business scams that the government uses to distribute contracts. She's a beautician and she's pretty smart. She figured out a way to make a whole bunch of money off of the government, but she didn't hang the shingles. The Fraley folks were really good and they actually used a subcontractor to do the work. The roofing guys were Hispanic with green cards and they were fantastic. They were the hardest working guys I ever saw. The guy that did the siding and trim was a local outfit and I wasn't too happy with him. The workmanship of that subcontractor was poor. I used some high quality shingles so that could have had something to do with the quality. The responsiveness was great. One of the owners was on sight the whole time the job was going on. Fraley Roofing is owned by an older gentleman and his three sons and some of them were there at all times. They were here when they said they would be here. They finished the job ahead of time and under cost. It took forever to get them out here the first time, because they were really busy. The whole thing was done in about four days. They were very professional. I will use them again, but I hope I don't have to. They will be the only people I will call. They did a great job and I got a good price from them for what they did. I was very happy.

We had a really good experience when Fraley's replaced our roof. It was done right and it looked good. They didn't leave a single nail behind when they were done cleaning up. I would recommend them to anyone needing roofing done.
