Bob & Ed’s Heating & Air Conditioning has been proudly servicing Central Arkansas families & businesses since 1972, and to ensure we continue to provide top quality service to each of our customers we only employ craftsmen who are highly skilled and technically qualified. We provide all of our installers and technicians continuing education to keep them up with the latest EPA standards. We are committed to reducing downtime and to providing fast, quality repairs – done right the first time – at a money saving price. It was a good experience
Description of Work: The previous owner had a dog that marked on the air conditioner and coils causing them to oxidize and fail. The air conditioners were not effective in heat transfer and cooling my house. I had 2 people come and evaluate my system and provide a quote. I had queried others and knew the correct range. The service team showed up the next day with 2 vans and 4 employees and they were finished by lunch time. It was great to have the cool air in the house. Previously I would set the temperature at 70 and hope to get the house cool, now it is at 74 and feels great.

Description of Work: Serviceman was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He found the problem, brought the malfunctioning part inside to show me the corrosion, and after discussing costs with me, he quickly repaired the heating unit. The office staff was friendly and courteous each time I called (I had to reschedule the initial service call due to a personal conflict.). Heating unit is once again working perfectly. Couldn't be happier with this company and will use them again.
