Description of Work: We recently bought a house and the previous owner left a bag of about 25 different keys! Not a single key worked in another lock! Bills Lock and Safe came on time and gave us a fair and accurate estimate to rekey every lock (deadbolt and handle) in the house (about 10-12 locks) for around $165. They were fast, fairly priced, and professional. I recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Very professional. Came quickly and on time. Rekeyed 5 locks and added a deadbolt. Rekeying with a professional was cheaper than replacing them with new locks from Home Depot. Also, adding the deadbolt to a backdoor was done much better than I could have ever done it. we would use these guys again.

 + -1 moreWe were out of town when our alarm system's motion detector was set off. Police found no evidence of entry but my wife was concerned that someone might have found her keys that she recently lost and used them to enter, then relocked the doors when the alarm scared them off, to return later. She wanted the locks rekeyed THAT DAY. I called Bill's at about 4:15 pm and they agreed to go out after hours and rekey our two entry doors. They were there about an hour later, did a professional job, called my with a couple of questions, and charged only $100 despite being after regular hours. We, especailly my wife, were very pleased. We would use them again, no question about it.

 + -1 moreNot the easiest job, but Ron (of Bill's Lock and Key) got the lock drilled and out in just a few minutes. We conferred and decided that it would be cheaper and easier for me to run to a local big box and pick up my own replacement deadbolt, which was an easy way to cut costs. Hope not to have to call them soon, but would certainly call again!
