They were great. They did a good work. They followed up, after they were done with everything.

I have used them previously. Both times I have used them, they gave us a timely quote first. The first time I used them they were out here a few days before Christmas. It was sleeting at the time. We were without heat for about a week. We had to wait for the system to come in that was specific for this house. The quote was right on. No extra surprises. The guys were super friendly. They showed my son about everything they could show him. The work has always been fabulous. We never had any problems with his work. For the new house he has provided us another quote. We gave him a list of things we needed. With the quote, he returned all of the paperwork we needed; his bonding information and insurance. We have had 3 other units prior at this house. He told us first off why, and why they quit. They showed us what needed to be done and how. They didn't try to gauge or over charge us. Since then, we have had no problems with this system. If I have any questions, they are usually right on it. The quality of the work and professionalism of the guys was good. They used drop cloths so nothing got dirty in the house. The guys were clean. They weren't scruffy or looking around. They focused on their work and did very well, especially in the miserable weather conditions. He gave the quote and there was no surprises. It was exactly what we paid him for. The quote is detailed out, and a lot of contractors don't do that. We didn't get that much information from the other contractors we got quotes from. They are a reputable company. They pointed something out on the new house that we needed to have looked at, and it had nothing to do with the heating & air. They were very kind to do that.

He came out when he said he would. We had some troubles meeting up and balancing our schedules but he was diligent in following up. He was able to get me the estimate quickly. He explained the maintenance policy very well and we are going to use them for servicing until it needs to be replaced. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the maintenance of the system and the way he was able to relay this information to me in a way I could understand it.

The guy from Barnhart's was very thorough and he discovered the problem after a careful inspection and that enable him to get the job done right the first time. I knew he spent about two hours on it and it's been working fine ever since.
