I cannot believe how honest he was. He had the new motor with him, a lot of people would just put the new motor and capacitor in and charge me for it, and I was expecting him to replace it anyway. It would have cost me $250, but I ended up spending just $10 for the capacitor. I even told him that since he had come out here, to go back and tell his boss to send me a bill for at least the service call he made, but they never did. They were honest and friendly, and not many guys would show me how to do it myself, for these reasons, I would rate them as excellent, these guys are fantastic. Anybody that gets this company to come out and do a job for them, have found a great company. They were the best company I have ever dealt with, and if my heating and air conditioning ever went out, they are the people I would call.
