+ -1 moreIt went horrible! The project began in July of 2006, and the contractor left the project in November of 2006 not completed. I have walls that are not squared, and the contractor had no steps constructed to gain access to the house. Upstairs, the floors have weak places, walls and openings not completed, nails coming through the ceiling in one of the bedrooms, bar was constructed not squared, rooms not the right size as per the blue print, windows and stoops not positioned by

+ -1 moreThere was a lot of tention during the time Mr. Eddington was here. He continually asked for money, but the job was not moving. We finally completed the jon ourselves with hiring out others in June, 2007.
Description of Work: Mr. Eddington was hired to build our house. He started construction in July of 2006, and walked off the job in November, 2006. We had paid Mr. Eddington approximately $38500.00. He left us in shambles. The foudation was completed, the framing was completed, and the windows were installed. The day Mr. Eddington left our property, the roof installers were just about to complete their job, in which they did complete. We had to contract everything out to complete the job. The qualilty of the work that was done is very poor. The house plan called for a lot of conners and angles in the house. Most of those angles and conners are not squared, and the size of the rooms are not the sizes on the blue print. There are a lot of mistakes in the construction of the house. Too many to address at this time.
