I called C and S out to replace the faucet and shower head in my bathroom. I had purchased the faucet and hardware that I wanted and just needed someone to install them for me.
Two men, Lonnie and Mark arrived at my home the afternoon I called for service. They quickly and neatly installed the faucet and showerhead. While they were here I asked them if they could also replace the the vanity faucet. They said that they would be happy to do so. I also had that faucet on hand.
During the installation of my new faucet we discovered that the sink drain hole was rusted out and the new faucet drain could not be installed. I needed a new vanity. I had the option of going out to purchase on my own or having them get one.
I chose to choose my own. They had another job to do in the area so they left to work another job and I went to town to purchase my vanity. They arrived back at my home shortly after I did. They unloaded the new vanity from my vehicle and also removed the old vanity from my bathroom. I did not have to do anything.
In a short time, my new vanity was in place and everything was cleaned up. I did not have any mess whatever from this job.
The following day, I noticed a drip from the hand held shower and I called the plumbers back. They came back in a matter of hours and checked it out. There was actually no leak, It was because I had failed to drain the hose before hanging it up. They did not charge me for the second, follow up call.
I will call them for any other plumbing jobs that I may have.
