Had a contract w/Steve's for 21 years..When I recently requested a VA required inspection for a refinance needed ASAP (within a 2-week window)..lady acted as though I was wasting her time..rude..made excuses for putting me off..promised but failed to return my call.. I called Hopper's Pest Control..They immediately scheduled an inspection & treatment two days from now..and providing VA form for my loan processor.. Costing me a $1000 for a new contract but as a matter of principle it's well worth it..RUDE has NO excuse..!

They staff is great. Their professionalism is high. They take pride in their work. You can tell it is a family business by the way they work.

They were very competitive with pricing. Their service was excellent. I have only had the initial treatment, so I can not comment on the quality of the product as of yet. But I would guess it would be sufficiant.

It went fine. They are honest. I have a contract with them. I spent about $ 169 a year after initial treatment. They keep their performance and they are fast. I am free of termites. I will use them again in the future.

They do their job. I don't really think the pricing is that fair. $97 is pretty much for 10 minutes of work.

They came out when they were scheduled. They know what they are doing. They are friendly. They are reasonably priced.
Description of Work: They sprayed the inside and outside of our home for spiders. They set traps for ants and gave us some stuff to treat them with.

They will call me back and reschedule if I miss an appointment. They will bend over backwards to help me out. I am due for a quarterly spray. They charge me $35. They are honest, reliable, and friendly.
