He was very professional and friendly. Our carpets look like new! Excellent customer service. We highly recommend Steve-I would not hesitate to call him again.

 + -1 moreSTEVE DID AN AWESOME JOB!!! He took the time to treat all of the spots, using a different solution for each type prior to beginning his deep cleaning of the carpets. We are VERY pleased with the results! The carpet is brighter, softer and 95% stain free!! A few stubborn, permanent stains from makeup will require some carpet repair; BUT we thought we'd have to replace ALL of the carpet ~ until Steve worked his magic !! THANK YOU FOR DOING AN EXCELLENT JOB !
Description of Work: Treated & removed numerous spots due to pet piddle, make-up and soda pop. Although the carpet had been treated & cleaned twice by another reputable company within the last 45 days; their cleaning method was no match for Steve's Carpet Cleaning for this particular job. Our carpets were severely stained & damaged by a young woman who leased our home for only 11 months.

 + -1 moreThey are always on time if not a little early. They are very professional and take extra care with our furniture (heavy oak) so the legs stay clean and dry. When he leaves the carpet is almost dry and smells so fresh.
Description of Work: We had Steve's Carpet Service clean...2 brms, living rm & hallway. He had to treat 3 areas where our dog was sick and stained the carpet. Steve cleaned them up completely. We have used Steve's Carpet service for 4 years now and are very happy with their service.

Description of Work: I have used Steve's Carpet several times. He has the best prices in town and does an amazing job! I have 2 small dogs and one was a puppy we had to house train over the winter. You would never know there were stains in my carpet.
