They paid a service call and found nothing wrong with the AC. One week later they had to come out again because the AC did not work. They found several problems with the AC. This was in the middle of the summer when it was very warm. It took 5 days to get the parts due to the weekend. The parts were under warranty but the labor was very expensive. The parts installed were working, but approximately a week later another repair call had to be made because again the AC did not work. New parts were then ordered and installed. I was charged for 3 service calls. Either the unit they sold me was a lemon or their service was unreliable.

They were excellent. They come out twice a year for that. They were professional, arrived on time and were knowledgeable.

It took 4 trips by 3 different repairmen before they figured out the problem. Once the problem was figured out, it was taken care of quickly and professionally. We have used Central for years, and this is the first time it's taken multiple visits to fix a problem.

They were on time and very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. I also bought a furnace and heat pump from them and they installed it, I was very happy with everything. They are dependable and friendly and on time and do a great job. I also keep a maintenance contract with them, they come 2x's a year, to check heating, and cooling. They call and set up an appointment for them to come. I have 2 houses and they do both my houses, and I am very satisfied with their work.

When they saw unit, same Brand and model mfr they sell, working up estimate Rep kept repeating ^if you had bought this furnace from our store^ was quite annoyed and almost rude. Estimate was almost $ 1,700 !! I had Miller Service Co, in Mtn Home, AR do the install only for $ 900 even.

THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND CHECKED ALL THE FUNCTIONS AS WORKING WELL. VERIFIED THE CORRECT FREON IN THE A/C. WENT UNDER THE HOUSE AND CHECKED THE MAIN UNIT TO MAKE SURE THE FANS AND BLOWERS WERE WORKING. CHECKED AND REPLACED THE FILTERS IN THE HOUSE. VERIFIED THE THERMOSTAT WAS WORKING CORRECTLY. NO MESSES LEFT AND THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.

Every contact with this company has resulted in contradictory diagnoses and answers from different personnel. I just don't trust them anymore.

Beware they will rip you off with a big smile.

Went well. Had a few minor problems after installation but they were out right away and got to the root of the problem and fixed it.

our ac went out, we called and it could not be repaired. we were given an estimate within 24 hours. the unit had to be ordered, they started as soon as they could and got it installed in 2 days. they explained how it worked and installed a new thermostat. we have had questions since and they have either answered by phone or sent out a technician.

I would rate them highly and I would use them again in the future.

We are in a contract with them. When our ac went out they had a person come out that with in an hour to repair it. When our system stopped working they had a new unit installed the next day. We have been using them for six years and they are excellent.

I located them in the phone book and they came out within 2 hours as my heating capacitor was not kicking on and it was an emergency. He was quick and fast. I was completely satisfied. They get high ratings and I will use them again.

They are very reliable. They installed a new air conditioner in August. They did a really good job.

Replaced old heating portion of system.

I could not be happier with the service I receeived. We bought this house and did not know what the staatus of the air conditioner was when we called for service. They had a record from the previous owner and informed us the unit was under warranty. What a blessing they were. We would have had to pay a great deal of money for repairs otherwise. I will definitely use them again if need service and would recommend them to everyone.

My air conditioner was making a funny noise and our area was in the middle of a heat wave. I didn't want my a/c to go out so I called Central Air to come and inspect the unit. The serviceman found a 1/3 hp 1075 rpm 115v 3 speed blower was rattling because the bearings were going out. He replaced the motor and blower wheel in one afternoon and it has been performing perfectly since that date. I have used Central Heating and Cooling for my repairs for about 6 years now and am perfectly satisfied with their level of service. Their servicemen clean up after themselves and are very knowledgeable and polite.

We took bids from several companies and settled on Flippo AC/Heating out of Elizabeth AR because I felt a Rheem system was the best. The owner was asked for a copy of the contract before work was done so we had time to read it over as only a signed bid sheet was submitted. We were given the run around for 2 weeks before Randy said I gave you my signed bid and that is the contract, if you don't like it you can go elsewhere, so we did. DO NOT USE FLIPPO AC and HEATING OUT OF ELIZABETH AR!!!!!!! Central installs Carrier and they were very professional with the bid process and installation. Their rep spent 45 minutes measuring and looking over our home. A contract with bid for equipment and labor was mailed to us. It took about 3 weeks from bid to actual installation, this was expected as you have to allow time to order the equipment. Our old unit went out the Monday before installation and Central sent out a tech to see if it could be repaired until they could get to us on Thursday. It would have cost $400 for the new blower motor so we opted to wait til Thursday. We were not charged for that service call. As far as dos and don'ts, do ask friends who they used. Let these people do their job they are professional. Great company all around.

Woke up with compressor running, but NO air...called Centeral Heating and Cooling about 8:30 am and theyhad a Tech. at my house by 11:30 am that same day. He replaced the switch and all is working great.....very happy.

Right away my husband went to look for a window air unit as it didn't look like we would be able to get someone out. While he was out looking for one (found they were sold out within a 50 mile radius) they came out after hours. They offered to let us use a window unit while the system was out. (We didn't even need to ask). I've never had another business go this far above and beyond!
