+ 0 moreHe did an excellent job. The house is an older home that was being renovated and he had to overcome several obstacles. The job was completed on-time and on-budget. Bob continues to provide excellent support when updates are needed. We hired him again to expand system when we added an outdoor living area.
Description of Work: Bob designed and installed an integrated home entertainment system throughout out lake-house.

+ 1 moreWell. There were (and still are) a lot of questions because I am not technically incline, but he still answers my calls and texts regularly 2 1/2 years later to help me figure out glitches and always comes over when I hit a wall.
Description of Work: We had the entire house wired with AV systems in the Living room, home gym and downstairs play room as well as poolside. You can use a tablet/phone/ipad to access the sound system and play music.

+ -1 moreWe have had an excellent ongoing experience. As with any system this complex, we have needed to rely on Bob for help troubleshooting issues. He has always been very responsive both via phone/text/email and in person.
Description of Work: We had a home theater and whole house audio installed when we built in 2007. Also home network was installed. The home was "wired" during the build out. We have since had several upgrades to the theater system and components of the audio system.

+ 0 moreHis knowledge and quality of work goes way beyond expectation. He may not be as inexpensive as Best Buy, but the service that comes with hiring him is unquantifyable. Not only upon initial installation, but with troubleshooting for the life of the products, he takes ownership!
Description of Work: Mr. Troeger has done so many things for our family over the years, from completely designing setting up our home theater in a new construction home, to installing our internet and routers with really fast speed (even confusing the Charter employee), to setting up our AV in a pre-existing home. I wish I could have taken him with me when we moved out of state.
