Called to get an estimate, Aaron was very friendly during phone call and prompt to schedule an estimate. He was on time for said estimate. Seemed knowledgeable and eager to do the job. He gave us an estimate and said he would call back the next morning to schedule coming out. Three weeks later, no phone call. We have called numerous times to see what the problem was - no return phone calls. If for some reason he decided that he didn't want the job (which I can't imagine why given his eagerness during the estimate) then the least he could have done was given a customer the courtesy of letting us know so we could make other arrangements. Very unprofessional service that makes me wonder how reliable he would be during a job.
