Description of Work: Get a WRITTEN quote. He will give you an verbal estimate and then put in a different unit. I got a verbal estimate on a 3-1/2 ton unit and he installed a 3 ton unit. So I didn't have written proof...i think that is part of his scam he is running. Did not want to give me a work receipt when done. Sloppy work. Never did clean up after he was finished. Very rude or arrogant. Would never hire the thief again.

+ 0 moreI moved into my daughter's house next door and put my own "big house" up for rent. During the course of the move, several older appliances gave up the ghost. Mr. Adcock came in quickly, and with the help of the plumber, got the tenant -- and me -- into the warmth again quickly.
Description of Work: Gas heat needed a new starter motor. Hot water heater needed replacement.
