I went into the showroom with only a vague idea of what I wanted. Chris helped me figure out a beautiful fit for my bathroom. When the installers came to my house they were kind and very respectful of my home. They covered up all the floor surfaces where they walked in and out of my home. When the job was done they cleaned up perfectly. Afterwards, the office called to follow up to make sure everything went well. I highly recommend Bath Planet of Arkansas!"

I asked them so many times to come and fix the problems. Even though they kept promising to come they never fixed anything. Several deck boards were not even secured to the deck at all and just slid off the deck and fell on the ground. The railing was of two different sizes and looks weird together (one is much wider). The front of the deck has a large overhang where the composite deck boards hang off the edge. Very upsetting."
