"Really hard sell from the salesperson. They pushed how they are the best for service. a three-month wait for the windows to be constructed. I called several times after three months to get an update but got zero response. Left messages and sent emails with no response. I finally got through to the national number by selecting the option to book an appointment for a sales call. I was redirected to the service department, and the rep said someone would call me back. Again, no response. They already charged me for the windows; otherwise, I would cancel the order."

"We had been needing some repairs on our house for quite some time but after getting several estimates that seemed way overpriced, we gave up trying temporarily. We were discouraged, to say the least, and wondered if we would ever find someone whom we felt we could trustâ ¦ and then we met Brandon. From our very first meeting, Brandon put us at ease. His estimate was reasonable, clear and concise and he never tried to upsell or add to what we wanted. He gave an honest opinion and recommendation of the work to be done, the timeframe, and the cost, along with possible alternatives that would best suit us. The time he spent with us that day and his willingness to listen and answer all our questions made us feel very confident that finally, we had an answer to our prayers! We started out with a fairly small project and after seeing firsthand how Brandon and his crew handled everything, we felt confident to add to our list. Steve is a professional swimming pool expert in his business of Anderson Pool in Cabot Arkansas that has excellent reviews. He ordered the high quality custom fit pool liner that was manufactured specifically for my pool. When he received the new liner he contacted me to drain the pool and start the procedure of removing and disposing of the old liner. Next he inspected and repaired any and all sub liner repairs as required. The next step was to properly hang the new vinyl liner and start filling the pool. That was the slowest part of the job waiting on a garden hose to fill the pool with 32,000 gallons of water. The stormy weather we experienced during this process didn’t help either. Enclosed is a picture of the completed project that speaks for itself on the quality of work performed by Steve and Bradley of Anderson Pool. Rated 5 out of 5. "
