Description of Work: Our freezer was beginning to heat to unacceptable levels and some foods were not completely frozen. Kevin gave us straight answers to our questions and the service he was providing. He was very knowledgeable and advised us what we cold expect from the appliance in the future. He knows his stuff and we are now more prepared for a short term major appliance purchase and he bought us some time to plan for that.

Description of Work: Kevin repaired our washer which was not draining right. He removed build up in the tubing that we could not get to. Took him about an hour to do. We called him late in the afternoon and the next morning he we fixing our washer. Kevin has also fixed our dishwasher. It took a day to get the part. As soon has Kevin had the part he made arrangements to replace it that day. That cost about $250.00 parts and labor. |We are very satisfied with Kevin's work and will use him again.

Description of Work: Was getting an error code indicating stopped up drain motor on my front load washer, (common problem with front loads), and Kevin was there within 24 hrs and had my problem fixed in 20 minutes. He was very professional, very courteous, and performed as expected after I found him through Angie's List and read all his reviews, which had absolutely NOTHING negative to say about him or his service, anywhere. He's great! I'll be keeping his number handy! Thx Angie's List!

+ -1 moreOur refrigerator was not working properly so we called Kevin's Appliance. The serviceman arrived in a very timely manner, diagnosed and fixed the problem, he had the part in his vehicle. He left everything neat and tidy and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: We called Kevin's Appliance to repair our refrigerator it was not staying cold enough. The cost would have been over 100 dollars, but we were still under warranty.

+ -1 moreI called the factory and they sent out this company to do the work. He brought his tool box and immediately knew what the problem was. He went and got the part and installed it. He fixed what another company messed up. He was such a nice guy and courteous. My dishwasher was under warranty.
Description of Work: They fixed my Kitchen Aid dishwasher by replacing the coil in the bottom of it.

+ -1 moreWe had a leak in our old hot water tank and called Kevin's Appliance Repair to install the new one. He arrived on schedule and worked quickly. We were very happy with the service they provided. Everything now works just fine. I cannot recall the cost of this installation.
Description of Work: Kevin's Appliance Repair came out and installed a new electric hot water heater in our basement.
