They were here on time and replaced the toilet in a remarkably short time. They were both (Remington and Dan) very professional and amiable. I plan to have them do another job for me shortly. If this is how they operate all the time, I have found my plumber for life.

Description of Work: Ours is a family working in the healthcare - so we double clean everything as my family is at home ( including elderly parents ) our water heater wasnā€™t working so we called this person from Angie's list. When he came home - my son met him and kept 3-6 feet distance ( helped where he could) - paid $ 906.40. We did not meet him due to social distancing rules. Next morning -The water was still not warm and we have a new buzzing sound due to which we canā€™t sleep. To clean we were still using cold water. When we called him again- he told us - he is not ā€˜comfortableā€™ coming here anymore as he is uncomfortable coming to a high-risk home. He did not do the work he was called for, took the entire payment and left us feeling so bad that we are out there caring for people that are sick. We would not recommend this person ever to anyone. We would also advise him and his family to never go to any healthcare person as everyone carries that risk - especially if we are doing our duty. We would also advise him that the money he took - came from that same work. I canā€™t emphasize enough what a bad taste this guy left for us. We will be letting our friends and family know regarding his preferences of course. We would also mention that we had provided al the barriers needed- including shoe covers. We got the heater fixed by another company soon after. It appears that there are other people (many alternatives to him) that do care to do their own work properly.

They came and gave me a quote on Friday and they were able to start Monday morning and complete the job Tuesday. Remington is very meticulous and the tub fit perfectly on the first try. They also left the house clean both days. They did a great job, were efficient, and came in a little bit below the bit. I will absolutely hire him again for the next project.
