Great! They were very efficient and got the job done quickly.

I was very displeased with this company as their representative made no effort to contact me and let me know what to expect from the company. Also when I called, approximately one hour after what was the anticipated appointment time, to see when to expect an estimator I was informed that no one would be dispatched to even look at the site and determine if a Mold/Mildew problem existed until after a the problem was evaluated by a third party.

They were great. They got the entire mold and everything else off. It turns out that we do need to replace the carpet, but they were good. All they do is clean and they dry up the carpets. They also remove the carpets and take care of the mold. They make sure that you don't have any mold growing. We liked that. The floor is still bare now since we don't have carpet there. It cost us $654 for the carpet cleaning. We have a $1000 deductible from our insurance and we had to basically pay it ourselves. We have to pay about $300 more for replacing the carpet and our house insurance will pay the rest since we have the $1000 deductible. So, I do think it was reasonable. Servpro did a good job. I liked them and I had nothing against them. They were really nice and came out. The only thing I didn't like is that, they had to put big fans in our house, which were really loud. Those fans had to be here for two days for the carpets to dry out because they had to put a chemical to get the entire mold off. However, that was just part of their job and a part of their clean up. So, we couldn't watch TV or anything, but that was the only way they could clean it up. They were good. The secretary I talked to was really good when I called her up. Everybody was very polite and down to earth. I don't know how much carpet cleaning would cost since I have never had this happen before. I don't know if $654 is good or high or low. My insurance recommended them. I would use their services in the future too.
