Description of Work: It took approximately 4 to 5 months to get started after the original quote. They were supposed to come back and fix some issues, never happened and we just decided not to pursue it as it took so long just to get started and we were unhappy with the job. Parts of the finished product was fantastic but how we were handled and other parts were so poor.....

+ 0 moreThe work went well. Don responded quickly to our call, got some workers out to crawl into our very tight crawlspace, and gave us an estimate within a couple of days. Once I called to accept the estimate, he scheduled the work for a couple of days later. We're very happy that the floor in our hallway is no longer collapsing! The floor boards buckled a little from the jacking up, and when asked, Don used some finishing nails to keep them down. The floor is still slightly uneven, but I think that may be an inevitable result of the jacking up and is much preferable to falling through the floor.
Description of Work: They removed and replaced rotting beams under our house and jacked up the part of the floor that was falling in (as a result of these rotting beams) with house jacks.

+ 2 moreI was unsatisfied with the work performed. This company did a lot of sub contracting in which I was not happy about. I felt that things should have gone a lot different and the quality of work should have been a lot better. I also felt that there was a lack of communication skills.
Description of Work: They remodeled my bathroom by replacing the drywall, electrical wires, and fans.
