+ -1 moreThe work to be done was accomplished. I have used Pure water services for many years however responsiveness and pricing could be improved. The owner has been at my home several times over the past 15 years and has presented himself in a professional manner as well as the guys that work for him.

+ 0 moreMy father called this company to fix our well pump. The owner was prompt and came to his house that day. He charged $365.00 to fix the pump. Well pump worked for 10 minutes and failed. My dad called him to come back out and the owner never showed. I called month or two later and the owner stated that he lost my fathers phone number. He also stated that he would call me between Wedneday and Friday, this was on a Tuesday. The owner never called me back or came to the house.
Description of Work: Initially prompt to come to my fathers house and fixed the well pump. The pump worked for 10 minutes after he completed the job, then quit working. The owner of the company never came back out to finish the failed job after repeated phone calls.
