Molly Maid of Greater Little Rock

I love having Molly Maid clean my house. It's a bit of a cost commitment every month, but it has made so much difference in my life to not have to keep up with the house cleaning on top of a full time+ job. Best of all, they are never in my way because they come to the house while I'm at work and when I get home - tada! - it is like magic elves left me a clean, sparkling home. I've never had trouble rescheduling a cleaning if needed. The office is always responsive and accommodating. We had an issue once where the maids missed cleaning a bathroom (the door sticks and they thought it was locked). All it took was a quick phone call and they came out the next day to make it right. Billing is easy also in that they email me the invoices and you can either leave a check for the maids to pick up or mail it in to the office. I'm very pleased with the service and highly recommend it.

Very thorough and detailed in cleaning. Cute corners on toilet paper, smelled like a high end hotel room, but it was my house!!

Molly Maid provided a great service. They kept me updated if there was a time change and were very responsive if I needed to change the day or time. They also had a reviewer come a few times to check on the quality of the work performed. It was so nice to come home to a clean and nice smelling house!!!

Staff is very Nice and responsiveness was good. I just had to call them back to reclean. There was two people that were there 5 hours and they didn't even touch certain parts of the house. My fireplace, Cabinets, some parts of the floor, etc. Were never touched. I still have shavings in my Cabinets I'm having to clean out as well as other items. They even had to come back and clean the floors the next day because of how poorly they did the first time. I believe the girls saw some paint on the floor and just left it and decided not to clean. I used my fingernail to get it off other spots just needed a rag and were never touched. If you do not do post remodel cleans do not advertise it on your website is all I ask. I know it was just the employees who did a not so good job. I have to give it to the owner/managers that got them out quickly to come finish what they did not do a good job at. Little expensive for a clean that they had to come back the next day and finish because it wasn't good the first time.

Wow! I am impressed. They arrived on time, got to work right away and cleaned, vacuumed or dusted everything in the house - floors, bathroom, walls, windows, furniture, and kitchen. The house needed it. They worked hard the entire time they were here - 2 maids for 5 hours. Very professional and easy to deal with. I plan to have a regular cleaning with Molly Maids at least once a month. They had a lot of work to do and did a great job. I feel it was worth the cost.

They are always on time and they do great work. The staff as always very pleasant and professional and we recommend to everyone.

They are pricey, but well within the norm for the service I received. I felt like they did a good job and ndash; they cleaned about 1,600 square feet and cleaned for 5-6 hours. They did a heavy duty clean before I moved into the house. I went with Molly Maid over other housecleaners because they had a coupon. I'd rate their availability as an A as well.

They showed up 3 hours early and did not call to let us know that they were coming early. I just happened to stop by the house to look for something and they were there sitting in their car. But since I just happened to be there, I let them in and they did a great job.

From day one I asked for someone who can speak enlish. After just over a year, I only had an enlish speaking person one time. In order to have them do something, I would have to call the office and have them call their employee back while I'm looking at their employee. They were not punctual on the days they were scheduled and every time I would postpone by a day or week they would show up on the original date. They didn't do a bad job, except; they didn't do windows, only wet mopped the floors, never touched an appliance and very seldom dusted everything. Average time in the house was less than 45 minutes. I would not recommend their service.

I am thrilled with Molly Maid! I felt like and quot;Queen for a Dayand quot; after they finished cleaning my house! They did an excellent job of cleaning my entire house from ceilings to floors! I have a large house which has become a burden for me to clean by myself and I am so grateful to know I can schedule them to clean it again in the future. The two ladies who did the cleaning were so thorough in everything they did. They washed the inside glass windows, which were many, along with all the mirrors, blinds, baseboards, door facings, all pictures and frames, all the knick-knacks on the furniture, counter tops, cabinet doors in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. They cleaned the top of the stove and drip pans and the oven doors and counter tops. All the furniture was polished, carpet vacuumed and entrance hall floor mopped and the bathrooms were spotless when they finished! They cleaned the fake plants and I even asked that 4 silk trees be taken outside and hosed off to remove the dust that had accumulated on them and they look great! In fact, my whole house looks and smells great! I can't say enough nice things about Molly Maid! The people are very nice and very professional and I enjoyed having them in my home. I hope to have a long standing relationship with them in the future. I would definitely recommend Molly Maid to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy company to clean their house. I think the cost was reasonable for the amount of work that was done on the initial cleaning and is also reasonable for the work that will be done on their next visit. Thank you Molly Maid!

The first day they said they'd come by later the same day to quote me. They called later, saying it would have to be the next day. They were late for the appointment which made me late for work. I have a 2 bedroom apartment. They quoted a $50 travel fee (it's 11 miles away) and $400 for 8 hours of cleaning. There is no way it will take 8 hours to clean this apartment and that travel fee is pretty steep. They also didn't honor the 5% Angie's List coupon offered - He said it was included in the quote but I hadn't mentioned Angie's list at all until after I'd received the quote. I'm also not sure he understood everything I was saying.

Not happy with the service. or rather the price i payed for the lack of services.

They are very flexible, but they only come out once a week. They clean well and do the job quickly, but they have to come on a certain day. They have also broken some things in my apartment.

It's important to understand that Molly Maid and all other housecleaning companies are just that: house CLEANING companies. They aren't your personal maids...they don't empty dishwashers or fold your clothes...and there's only so much time they can spend scraping your teenage son's week old welded-on mess out of the microwave. So you do have to pick up and put away before they arrive if you want a clean house when they leave, and you do still have to do a certain amount of tidying up behind yourselves and wiping up your own messes every day, same as you'd have to do if you were still the one CLEANING the house every week or so. I tried another service (whom I see has a well deserved grade of D here)....dropped them after only a few months because their service was awful and I never saw the same people twice. If that's been your only experience with a house cleaning service, give Molly Maid a try. They wouldn't have lasted 6 years with me if I weren't very happy with them, and I'm PICKY! So unless your expectations are unrealistic, I think you'll be as happy with them too!

They did a good job but it was really expensive.

They were really wonderful. They were on the list and they were rated highly and that is the reason we chose them. They did a fantastic job coming in and cleaning our house. They have a supervisor who comes by and inspects everything just before they leave to make sure everything was done. They are very good in cleaning even the top of the shelf and making sure that even the stuffed animals which were piled up on the top of the shelf was dusted. I call that real service. They also have a service where they come and give a feedback and we can set it up. Monthly charge will come in and they just do maintenance on a monthly basis and everything three months, six months, or year, they come in and do the whole thing. They were very responsive and very sweet. They did everything we asked for and even did few things that we didn't ask them.

They do good work, I rarely have any complaints against them. The only thing I'm not happy with is they don't work well with your schedule. I've had cleaning companies in the past that can work a little more with your schedule, morning or afternoon. One time when they rescheduled because of the snow, they asked if they could come on a Saturday, I said sure but asked them to call and let me know when they were coming and I told them I preferred the afternoon. They never called, they just showed up. You never know when they are coming whether it's the morning or afternoon, it always varies. Occasionally it will be on my day off. I would prefer they pin that down a little bit, otherwise they do a great job with the cleaning, they are the best service with the cleaning I've ever had. Most of the time I'm not here, but when I am they are real sweet, thoughtful and non-intrusive. You won't find the service any cheaper than what they charge.

I've used this company four times including yesterday. The first time I called them for a cleaning, they were there about 3-4 hours and it was amazing! The place looked so beautiful, everything had been scrubbed or polished. Since then, it's been steadily getting worse. The house still looks clean, but once you really get to looking at things, you can see a lot of either dirty spots or missed spots or something like that. The other thing that I don't like about using them is that they don't put things back in the same place one they're done with that area. Everything was just put in little piles; they were all over the couch, the dining room table, the bedroom dresser, etc. I will probably use them again since they are the only ones who will come out to where I live, but I'll have to remember to pick up everything beforehand.

The Representative that came to the house was very nice and explained what the team was going to do. I wanted a deep clean. They were late to the house, the two individuals that came neither spoke any English and the job was preformed below standard. My advice is call someone else, for the money I don't believe that the service is worth it. As a matter of fact it was so not worth it.

I called to ask when someone could come to my home to help me clean. I had company coming to visit, and I needed the basic house cleaning done. Dusting, sweeping, mopping, empty trash, make beds, clean bathrooms, laundry room, folding laundry, and running dish washer. The two ladies cleaned really well making sure to clean blinds, too. I think they dusted everything. Good job! This cleared the way for me to do things I wanted to do.

They did an excellent job! I have had them since 2001. Better than other cleaning services, I have had in the past! Although a lady could not understand me, we just called the office and they sent a supervisor immediately, to translate for me! I do not really mind, as her services were above my expectations. They also made my bed look like one from a luxurious hotel, and they folded my towels, so neatly. Also, they are always nice to my children, visitors, and pets. They are like a part of the family! I do not know what I would do with out them! They also won the "Best Value" award from the Good Housekeeping Magazine.

When we first started using them, we were having them come every week. Now we only have them come every two weeks. They were really good at first, but they have slacked off and I was going to call and complain about the last time they came. The fee for the initial cleaning was $265 and then they were charging us $114 to clean once a week. We now pay $125 per cleaning since they only come every two weeks. They do not understand English very well, so it was hard to communicate with them. The last time, they were late. I am going to use them a couple of more times, but if they don't improve I will not continue to use them.

I was very happy with the service provided by Molly Maids. The worker that came here every other week was very friendly and hard working. The service really helped me out. She did a great job. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the service for financial reasons. I would recommend them to others.

We've used Molly Maids for several years and we request the same two women each time. One of them can't speak English but they do a good job of cleaning. They come once every other week and stay an hour and a half.

Molly Maids arrived on time with a great crew. The ladies did an excellent job, taking great care to thoroughly clean even the tough areas. They performed the job at a reasonable price, although I do not recall the exact price, and I would not hesitate to use their services again before my next special occasion.
