I had a water heater that was leaking and water was in the crawl space and areas of carpet. They came to my house in the afternoon on the 6th of Feb. A male representative said that they would be back on the 14th (Thursday) with blowers (if needed) and remove half of the carpet/pad which was wet. They never showed or called. I have now scheduled another firm to take care of my problem.
Description of Work: Remove part of carpet & pad - Clean sofa, chair & stool
