Beware- Blake Roeder of Roeder Properties Llc/ is very rude and unprofessional- regularly stopped by unit unannounced threatening tenant and tenant minor children with eviction with false accusations- admits to videoing tenant w/o consent. Texted Mr. Roeder pictures of water leaking into unit from back door every time it rained- said he would place screen door- never did. Other tenants (who were not of color) were asked if the were harassed or threatened and they stated they were not. When tenants of color were asked about treatment-stated that they too had informed Roeder of problems in their unit - but problem was never resolved- buyer beware- Roeder appears to have a propensity of maltreatment and not fixing things- but only if you are a person of color. Property: 11001 Frenchmen Loop NLR AR.

James Roeder Construction struck as a really energetic rather large crew. From start to finish they always showed up Monday through Friday, unless the weather didn t permit them to show up. They completed the job ahead of schedule. The crew was just great and so is our home.
Description of Work: They built our five bedroom, two and a half bathroom, three car garage home.
