Donna Dail responded to our request for her help in purchasing a home in Maumelle in 2000. Living in Ohio, we were retiring to Maumelle and had no connection to a real estate professional in the Maumelle area. We saw her "ad" in the real estate section of the Dem Gaz, called her and soon learned that she was someone who could be trusted to help us find what WE needed. We were inspired. She listened, long distance, and heard what we were saying. Our time was limited and she was ready to show us homes that would meet our need during our one short visit to view properties. We had done a lot of online "shopping." The home we originally came to see sold on the Friday before we arrived on Saturday. However, she had another property she thought we would be interested in. We did not care for it...online...but her enthusiasm moved us to at least look at it. We settled on it almost immediately after seeing it and hearing the details from her...considering all of the potential this property offered us. Donna handle all of the purchasing process for us over the phone and internet and made the transition perfect and painless. She arranged extra stuff, such as securing a general cleaning service prior to our move and had our home comfortable, clean and moved in ready when we arrived. A "full service" realtor, she cares and is in tune with her clients. Donna has been available each time we get an "urge" to downsize and want to see a new condo listed. She is patient, kind, caring. Donna points out what she knows might be "pitfalls" for us as well as pointing out all the advantages that we might have overlooked. Together, we periodically look at a potential property. When she "takes you on" as a client, she is in it for the long hall and until you are happy...purchase or not. She does know real estate and once you meet her, you will know her, too.

Donna is the epitomy of professionalism. Her preparation and presentation of properties I listed with her were of the highest caliber. Long before the use of computers became such an integral part of presentations Donna would have everything a buyer needed to see and know to develope an interest in the property in an attractive and logical presentation format. She can showcase a home. When it came to my buying a new home Donna again completely understood exactly what I wanted. Her guidance through the required documentation, even accompanying me to closings, made what can be a stresssful time a true pleasure. Donna maintains contact with her past clients and I will continue to recommend her as I have when the opportunities arise.

The agent went above and beyond to help get my property sold and to help find a suitable purchase for a new resident. She was always available and open to any questions and suggestions that I had. If I ever need realty services again I would not hesitate to use her again and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
