He repaired some pre-existing issues with our house at a very reasonable rate. Such as; replacing 8 cracked windows, replacing rotten wood under the eves and building three new porch columns. His bid for our house was competitive to other bids we received. Would I hire him again? You bet. Am I recommending him? You bet.
