Description of Work: Im very sorry I used this company. The list of my complaints is longer than my arm, from a leaking roof where a vent pipe was installed (all the sheetrock in my kitchen got wet and he refused to pay for it, but he did contact his insurance company and they paid) to sending a drunk employee to my house, to the plumber not wanting to talk with me about the proses he was doing, to hanging up on me on the phone when I had problems with the job he did. He was very happy to talk with me about getting paid then jumping in his truck and leaving as soon as he got the money in his hand. I have problems now and he wont return any of my calls. This is just a short list of complaints that I have with him. I hope someone would have written more about him before I contracted him. I hope this helps someone else in the future.

Description of Work: Sewer line was blocked. There was no cleanout opening, so it was necessary to cut into the sewer line. A regular 100' rooter would not clear the blockage. We contacted the city, as 100' would have put the blockage under the city street. The city had no record of where our sewer line joined the sewer main, which was on a cross street more than 200' away. The City was no help and basically just said "not our problem". Nick was finally able to use a water jet with 200 foot range to clear it out and then installed a proper cleanout and relief valve. Nick, who performed the service, was very knowledgeable and professional and Tara who I spoke to at the office was very pleasant and helpful.

Description of Work: I had back-ups, and we couldn't figure out why. He squirted the lines, and that didn't work. He came back out and installed a new sink disposal. The disposal was previously not put in right. He had to come back and use a camera through the plumbing system. We finally determined that a Y was put in backwards. I have to make sure I don't use the washing machine and dishwasher at the same time.

Description of Work: He rerouted some existing plumbing and installed new plumbing. Installed new toilet and shower into the existing system.
