Nichols made a repair to a leaking toilet. A week or so later, the leak was back (or still there). They came back out, made another repair, called me and explained what they had done to fix it. Apparently the 2nd repair was a different issue than the first, but they made the repairs at no additional cost to me. I've used Nichols Plumbing occasionally over the years, and have always gotten an impression of honesty and fairness.

Serviceman came same day. He left and purchased new spray arm, then returned and installed it quickly and efficiently. Very pleasant man. Have used him in past and would definitely do so again.

I have dealt with them for many years. I trust them. They are honest people. They are not cheap people but they are not expensive.

Nichols Plumbing did a fine job on the toilet as it is working fine. I was pleased with their service. We have used their service many times. They are a fair company. The workers are always polite and professional.

The toilet works great and I am glad it is fixed. There is no more leaking and messes. The plumber did a super job and he is very professional. I liked his prices, they were reasonable. He did a great clean up job when he was done.
