very poorly. Very poor response time- always sick pr something else. Did not pay his employees- who complained to me. He told them that I did not pay- absolutely not true. He received his [ayment before finishing the job. Did not return for finishing touches.

He charged half of the agreed on price on the day he submitted the quote, and then it was impossible to get him to come to work. Kept saying the price of materials had gone up. We paid him extra to get him to come back to finish the job - mainly because he already had almost $2500. After many calls he came with 2 workers who finished the job except painting. We paid him the agreed upon money- and he promised to return to finish the painting of pipes and he never returned. Very unprofessional and very unreliable.

We signed the contract on 04/19/13 and paid half down. They finally "demo'd" our existing fence on 04/30/13. They did not come back until 05/09/13 when they sent a crew they had hired on Craig's List. This crew did what they were told to do, but the layout was completely wrong. Our posts were only set 18" deep (supposed to be at least 24"), they were out of line, and one side was on my neighbor's property. The "contractor" did not supervise the work and did not meet the workers to pay them either. There was not enough materials to even set all the posts (lacking posts and concrete). When I told them I was uncomfortable with their future plans of finishing setting the posts on the day he planned to nail up the fence, his wife threatened to come and tear out all of the wood and concrete that had been set with her minivan. I made a police report due to this threat. After we made the police report, we told them not to set foot on our property again. We plan to pursue them in small claims court. There are multiple addresses and phone numbers online. The phone numbers are accurate, but none of the addresses are valid.
