I, Les Bradford the owner of Bradford Painting, began my painting career over 24 years ago. My goal is to make sure the "customer is completely satisfied". They were punctual and worked around a difficult situation in my house. Job was finished on time. Les Bradford was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. I gave them a "B" on quality as there were small details that were overlooked, such as not using a drop cloth which left some tiny spatters of paint and painting over some tape instead of removing it first. I'm sure Les would have been happy to come back and go over things had I asked. Since I have a brother who likes going over details, I just let him handle it since I live out-of-state and it was the easiest way for me. Thank you, Les!

I have never hired a contractor that rexceeded my expectations as much as Bradford painting did. From the price, to the quality of work, to the scheduling,to the diligent and conscientious workmen; I cannot stress enough how pleased we were. I called on a Saturday, they arrived the following Monday and worked all day without a break to get us done.

The wash was performed about a week after the initial contact (had to schedule around the weather) and almost all of the old paint was removed. The wash was done on a Friday, and 2 coats of paint were applied the following Monday. There were a lot of paint flakes left on the grass/ground after the project, but that stuff is next to impossible to clean up. Most of it had disappeared after a couple weeks. The results were excellent- much cheaper than new siding, and it looks great! I would not hesitate to use Bradford Painting again.

Les Bradford was very professional and fair. He came and estimated the cost of the painting our room and was straightforward and knowledgeable about assessing the work to be done. He scheduled two painters to do the work, and had originally thought it would take longer than it did. Mr. Bradford adjusted the cost of the project to match the time it actually took. I must say the two painters he sent were GREAT. They were respectful, kind, businesslike, and efficient. The quality of their work was just wonderful. I would definitely not hesitate to use Bradford Painting again for any project in the future, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Les responded in less than an hour to my call and scheduled the painter at that time. He was great top work with and very responsive. Painters showed up on time, were very professional and knowledgeable. Did a great job, would definitely use this company again.

They are good and therefore busy. There were a couple of delays that only put the job off a couple of days. Bradford called each time and I appreciated knowing the job would be later in the week. Once they started, they stayed on the job until it was finished. It took a total of 2.5 days because the more that was done, the worse the rest looked. They repaired water stains, filled cracks and painted virtually the entire 3 PB, 1.5 bath house. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the price paid and the job was completed well within the time I had allowed. I plan to use them again for rentals and my own home as well.

Les was very attentive to our needs and understood what we wanted to accomplish. He also understood the time frame and the amount that we could pay. They even got up on the roof and removed the debris for me. The house looks great.

They knowingly sent out someone with previous complaints against them. The owner described one of the guys as not having enough experience. The texture and sheen were wrong, and they did not sand anything down before painting and then the paint colors were wrong! He promised to come out and fix the issues then texted me and told me that he was not able to make it. I gave another date and he told me that he was now booked for this specific day. So the two dates that he originally told me were now booked. I already paid this company and now they are not coming out to fix the awful painting job.

"First, All of my reviews so far are positive except this one.That being said there were some retexturing problems concerning some drywall repairs that should not have happened.The lead painter was fired on this job and will not be considered for rehire.I think that he was struggling with some personal issues.THE TRUTH concerning the rest of the complaint is that the job was successful overall.She was unusually picky and very negative about the whole job which we can handle to a degree.She fails to mention that i heavily discounted the job and that I worked at her house free of charge for most of the day to correct the problems and was going to return to finish until i was disrespectfully chew out through text about having to reschedule the second return day. Also I refunded her an additional $100.00 . I WOULD NOT do business with this customer again As far as colors go that is always left up to the customer,and I always use very capable workers estimated job labor value $3100.00. I used a coupon for 2 interior painters for a day.... something came up and they were only able to send one painter but it worked out and he was able to stay a little longer and get the job done. I had him paint the LR and Kitchen (not including the ceiling or trim). He did a really great job and saved me a lot of time.

Casey and Angela did a wonderful job. I had an oak fireplace that they painted white and it looks wonderful The 2 rooms they worked on could not look better. They were on time and very efficient and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Everything was done perfectly. They caulked around the crown molding and trim and the work done was the best of any painters I've ever used. They were very clean and didn't spill a single drop of paint on the carpet or furniture. Compared to some painters I've used in the past, they were in a totally different class. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will certainly use them any time I have a painting project.

They did a great job painting, and we were very happy with the quality of their work! My wife and I had picked out all of our colors and bought the paint, thinking that we would try to do the paint job ourselves. After getting a phone call that our brand new carpet was being installed earlier than expected, we called Bradford Painting and were so glad that we did. Les came out to our home and gave us a price range quote, and Casey and Angie did the actual painting. Casey had tons of experience, and his freehand lines were very straight. Angie was new and learning from Casey, but she did a good job. They were quick and fair priced, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a painter.
