Excellent job, professional, high grade materials, professional work crew. Cleaned up after the job was completed. Punctual, started and finished on time. Responsive to questions and provided us details on exactly what they were going to do.

Mr Robinson was over 1 hour late for the appt. Once he did get here he did not listen to what I told him and I had to tell him 2 or 3 time the way I wanted things.

Fair ... it took 2-3 days for them to return our phone call.

Had a lengthy telephone conversation with a representative of Robinson Roofing and they generally sounded interested in the project. Proceeded to schedule a date and time for them to look at the roof and no one ever showed up or called and still haven't several weeks later. Sounded on the phone like they knew what they were talking about and there is a strong chance they would have been hired if they had shown an interest and professional courtesy. At the time I was involved in a situation that made my time extremely valuable and at a premium and I made the roofer aware of this and he expressed understanding of the situation. The day of the appointment I waited for 3 hours for him to show up and never received a phone call which is unacceptable.

Paul did what he said he would. We have a dry living room ceiling after the most recent rains. We are curently getting an estimate from Paul for interior work. We really enjoyed Paul and are looking forward to our next project.

They are a good company. They offered good customer service, and always arrived on time for work.

We had three estimates for the replacement of roof & gutters. Paul Robinson was the most responsive and professional of the three (even agreeing to work around the schedule of a mother Robin who we didn't want to disturb until her brood were out of the nest). The scheduling was done and the work was started and completed on schedule. Paul's crew were professional and took great pains to protect landscaping plants. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and the responsiveness and professionalism of Robinson Roofing & Construction.

I called several local roofers and left messages to find someone to repair our roof. After not having any calls returned I decided to give Angie's list a try. I called Robinson Roofing after work on 7/14 expecting to leave another message since it was 6:30 pm. The owner, Paul, answered and was extremely friendly and accommodating. He asked me to take pictures of the damage and email them to him so he could give me an estimate. We spoke again on Monday and Paul said he had repair crew that he would send over to make the repairs that week. The repairs were completed Tuesday morning and you cannot tell where the damage was located. All of the shingles were replaced and match perfectly. I highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs.

Our roof received hail and wind damage. Robinson Roofing was quick to respond and got our estimate out within two days. They worked with our insurance adjuster to replace our roof. They took great care in protecting our landscape while installing the roof...and they made sure that everything was cleaned up afterwards. The roof looks beautiful and we are very pleased with the results. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roof.
