OCEAN POOLS INC

Finally in June 2015 we fired Mike Mitchell and Ocean Pools after being put off time and time again all the way through Mid-June. To top it off both us and our neighbor had structural engineers come in and they provided us checklists of things wrong with the structure of the pool and rebar work that had not been completed. We finally fired him the third week of June and hired another company to complete our pool. We have since had an attorney send him a letter requesting money back for work that was not completed. His response was that we would be receiving nothing and that we fired him without just cause. He has had 11 lawsuits filed against him for the same thing over and over. We have filed a police report for Theft By Deception and have video evidence of him coming to take a skimmer off of our pool and taking it to another pool in our own neighborhood and installing it. We are also in the process of filing a complaint with the state board to get his license pulled so that this doesn't happen to anyone else in the future. If anyone asked, I would say that this is the worst experience that I have ever been through and that he is the most deceptive person I have ever dealt with.

Very poor service. Pool contact signed in sept 2012. Easement received in Oct 2012 pool was dug and they were going to pour concrete so we paid and nothing else was done until july 2013 Never there when they say they are coming to work on it It's August and still no pool only gunite is done. He says the tile is in and he has a pool ahead of us so there's some one out thee who signed a contract before us? We recommended him to our best friends right after he started ours and they have been waiting for several months too same as us only gunite. We recently found another couple who have the same contractor, same problems. Would love to hear from any one using Ocean Pools.
