Description of Work: Never even bothered to follow up on the leas

Description of Work: Fabian Martinez and his crew have been doing and excellent job on our landscaping and weeding our flower beds since March 2012. He has also taken a dead tree down and brush clean up. He did a small fence project for our garbage cans and poured a cement pad with a ramp along with staining the fence and gate. He did an excellent job at an affordable price approx ($30/hr) 2 men. Fabian has also assisted me in times of need by being an extra pair of hands and has installed new locks on 2 doors. No job appears to be too large or small thus far on my single family home. He has many good cost saving ideas for keeping the property up and is a kind and courteous genteman who is always willing to lend a hand when I'm in need of one. His prices are fair and negotiable. I am looking forward to many more projects with Fabian's assitance in the future. He also helped me put my pool up this year. Next Spring I plan on doing major planting in our yard with Fabian's assistance.
