Jack was very prompt to respond to my request for an estimate. The job was completed less than a week later. He took a lot of care to ensure that the downspouts' location would be to my satisfaction. I am very pleased with the final outcome of the installation and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I worked directly with Jack who was prompt to come out to the house to give an initial estimate. I was contacted the same day from when I initially reached out to them and had an estimate in hand by the end of that week. Once I decided to go with Joshua Company in mid-October, since they had to lowest price of the estimates I received by about $100, Jack was able to schedule me for mid-November since they were pretty busy. I was happy when Jack was able to complete the work a week early and under the original estimate due to some of the existing gutter work being salvageable. Overall, I was very happy with the communication and professionalism from Jack. Even though I waited about 2 months from the time I got the original estimate to when I decided to get the work scheduled, Jack still remembered me from the original quote and even asked about some of the issues we had discussed previously. He was easy to reach and communicated primarily through email, which I preferred. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have gutter work done.

Roger & Jack were great to work with. They were busy at the time and did a great job communicating with me when they would be arriving to complete the work. They were on time, quick and truly went above and beyond. I was in the process of locating a water leak, repairing the gutters was just part of the process. They were extremely helpful in helping me locate the issue even when it was not something that they could fix. I appreciated that Roger told me numerous things that I could do on my own to help with problems I was having. They were honest, timely, efficient and I would absolutely hire them again.

Jack came to the house to give initial estimate within 48 hours of me contacting him. He then continued to check in as I was having quite a bit of work and was working with multiple contractors. He came out twice to discuss the process with my pool contractor and concrete company to ensure all was moving along timely. Jack was great at communicating how the process would go and when he would be over to complete the work. He was very professional and courteous and I would call him the next time I need anything done to my gutters.

From my first call with Roger and the estimate process with Jack you could not ask for two more professional guys. Jack completed my estimate and kept in communication with me during the entire time leading up to the installation. They arrived early and completed the job in the same day, cleaned up and hauled away the old gutters and left the work area as clean if not cleaner than when they arrived. Would recommend them, during this process I called approximately 8 companies and only 2 responded, Joshua company price was 500 dollars less than the other bid received.

I worked with Steve on the design process and he was great to work with and always able to answer my questions. During installation I worked with Csaba and he was fantastic to keep me updated on the process along with working with my other contractors such as landscaping, fencing and gutters.

After reading positive reviews on Angie's List, I scheduled an appointment with Joshua Company to get an estimate on new guttering for our home and detached garage. Jack called the next day to set up a time to meet. He ended up coming out on a Saturday which was great since both my husband and I could both be in on the discussion. After lots of questions and measurement taking Jack gave us and estimate that we thought was fair. He had us choose the gutter color which he later allowed me to change going with one color for the gutter and another for the downspouts. Jack gave us an estimated date that they would come do the installation and said he would call if there were changes. When the day rolled around it was raining and did the next day as well so he was two days out but with good reason! He also called those days even though we were not expecting them to be there. The gutters were installed in one day, they look beautiful and they work as good as hey look! The invoice was the same amount as the estimate and everything was left neat and clean. These guys are very professional and I would recommend them to anyone!

They did a great job, worked in in a flower bed and did no damage, could not even tell that they had a ladder in it. Everything works perfect now with the water drain from the roof. Everything was cleaned up inside. They went the extra mile I thought by checking under my house and in my garage and replacing the trim inside the house. The price was also very fair for the labor and materials put into this project.

They are working fine. They did a good job. So far we have downpours and we don't have the problems we had before.

Because he had a serious illness in his family in another state, he was delayed in making the repairs. he insisted on not charging me because of these delays. Even thought I insisted that I pay him something ... he wouldn't take any compensation.

They got the lowest of 3 bids by a small margin, and actual cost was just what they estimated. Fast scheduling, quick work, pleasant and energetic crew. Roger Miller came out ahead of time to assess the job and spent time with us discussing how to plan future drainage lines from the gutter downspouts to minimize erosion from heavy rains.

My experience with Joshua Company was very good. They did a good job. They didn't ask for money upfront. They completed it on time. They took care of any questions or complaints I might have had. I was 100% satisfied. The clean up was very good.

The representative was prompt and professional when preparing a quote. He helped me pick out exactly the right color of material to match old gutter material. He allowed me to keep the existing down-spouts, saving me a lot of money. I also asked him to include the soder on a leaking joing on the front of the house. The price was suprisingly lower than what I had anticipated. His crew showed up right on time as scheduled and completed the job in less than 90 minutes. I am very happy with the Joshua Company.

Excellent service, excellent work-the job was extremely well done. The guttering is so well-done on the front that it is hardly noticeable. It blends in which is exactly what we asked for. I wasn’t actually there when they actually did the work but the results work was good. They get thumbs from me. When it comes to the service, there was a lot of e-mail communications back and forth. It’ll be helpful if they have some type of online presence but I guess they are a small company. It would just to check what services they offer and the prices they have. I was happy with what they delivered and I’m satisfied. They were responsive. I usually get an e-mail back within a day. They showed up and the job was done when they said it would be done. They were very professional.

The provider came to my house to do the estimate and do the work the next week. It was very professional and an excellent work done.

I was very happy with the work that was done. Roger was very prompt and helpful, and his crew was likewise. I enjoyed the whole experience. The job was short only a couple of pieces of downspout, which Roger brought out and installed himself. I have had no problems at all with this installation.
