+ 1 moreCustom Electronics is just extraordinary - they are by far the best at home networking, automation and media. We recently purchased a new home, and they came in and installed our ethernet network, installed enterprise grade wifi routers and switches, and set up all of our media equipment (TV, DVR, etc.) And, they have continued to monitor and tweak the system until every aspect of it functions perfectly. This is the second time we've used Custom Electronics to set up our home network - and we continued to use them as we enhance our home. They are incredibly knowledgeable, absolutely committed to exceeding customer expectations, and a real joy to work with. They have our utmost respect and highest recommendation.

Although we have only been in our home a little while, and thankfully have not had an alarm call, everything is in working order and Custom Electronics has been very helpful from start to finish. They arrived when they said they would and explained everything. Very courteous and professional. We highly recommend them!

+ -1 moreWe purchased this house 3 yrs ago, Had the home alarm system connected. If a door opened that wasn't suppose to while the alarm was set, they called us immediately to ensure that we were home and ok. The keypad to set the alarm is not user friendly as far as setting the time. The rest of it is. We are disappointed, now that our new home is almost finished being built, the estimate to reconnect, i,e., keypad, is really expensive in my opinion so we will be unable to use the service.

Description of Work: We needed to add wireless infared in our media room and called Custom electronics out. They did a fantastic job..they were prompt, efficient and very reasonable on the cost. My contractor was professional and courteous and made this a painless quick install. Thanks!
