They were pretty overpriced. I called them out to fix the motor and they said that my entire system would need to be replaced. They quoted me close to $10,000 to replace my entire system and I found out from competitors that the actual price to replace my system would have been between $3,000 and $4,000. So, in the sense that I needed something done right away, I went ahead and had them replace the motor. I told them, "Do not worry about replacing the system. Just replace the motor." They said that they had to order in a motor and it would take a few days. Whenever they got in the motor, they charged me $800 for the motor and I have an Associates degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology so I know what these motors go for. I can look them up in Granger and looking at that, they had about a $500 mark up on that motor. The thing was that they offered me financing for the $800 so I took them up on that. I went ahead and paid the overprice for the motor because they had financing and everything on it. So, they put it in and the motor worked for about two or three months and then it locked up and they came out and replaced it again for free. Even though they did good work and they solved the problem and everything and they took care of it, they were awfully high on their price. I do not think that I could afford to use this provider again in the future.

They are timely. They get the job done pretty quickly. Once they are finished, they did an excellent job. They seem to be very thorough about their work. For me the cost was very reasonable. They did a complete tune-up on my system for $79. For me they're my go to service provider. They are always there and when they said they are going to be there.

It was a very bad experience. They came and inspected our current system and recommended that I upgrade everything which would cost me $10,000. I decided not to take them up on it. I looked into it myself and replaced the circuit board for $230 and it fixed the problem.

I like the way they handle themselves and I like their professionalism from their people. The air conditioner I bought was a lifetime warranty and they come out and check it ever 2 and half months. If I had any problems, I call them and they come right out. Even in the middle of the night or holiday, they come right away. That's the kind of service that I like. They know what they're doing and I would suggest them to anybody. They may be a little more expensive.

I was a little disappointed that they found some things but we called them to do the inspection. They weren't too far off on their punctuality. I probably would use them again.

We are very pleased with them. We are under a warranty program with them for a new HVAC. They are quick, on time and accurate. They take care of problems before they get bigger. Their work has been just fine. We didn't compare their prices. We would absolutely use them again.

It went fine. We had a service contract but I don't remember the cost. We let it lapse though so that was our last time that they would be by contract. They installed our system. They came on time.

Bud Anderson Heating & Cooling was very good. We had a maintenance contract with them on the house and we use them to come out here every summer and every fall.

They were professional and they did a good job. They say that they give you a second opinion on things if someone tells you it’s ruined and they come and fix it. I think that is kind of cool. It’s a good company, I like them. I would use them again. They make a good effort to get out here actually.

It was reasonably priced. They are close by. They are punctual. They come right back if you have questions or you feel something may need to be tweak, something like that. They stand behind their work.

They are very professional, but they are expensive. I have been happy with the service I have received.

I had an excellent experience. I've been using them for eight years. They're very professional. They're always on time and if they're not going to be, they'll call and let me know. When they come in, they're very aware of my furnishings. They put little booties on their shoes. They're a top-notch company. They're the ones that installed my HVAC unit and I've not used anyone else.

They did fine. They did exactly what they said they would do. In terms of quality, so far so good on the units. They showed up on time. They were very punctual. They did a good job of explaining exactly what they were doing, why and they got the permission.

The experience with this company was good. I will use them again in the future.

I pay $180 a year to have it serviced twice a year and I think it's a little high.

It was a terrible experience. They tried to charge me to do a leak test which was $700 and the A/C compressor obviously had a hole in it. What they wanted to do was either charge me $700 for a pressure test or sell me a new unit which was overpriced. I went somewhere else and I had a good experience.

They are excellent. It is a yearly contract, and I like them so much, that I have them for 2 houses. They are due to come next month for a summer check in both house. I would recommend them for their timely service, and thoroughness. Their price is a little high, but they are worth it.

They are good. One of his workers came out twice, and they did a pretty nice job. I was satisfied with them. They took it apart, and I guess the previous owner had somebody else look at it, and they took it apart, and showed me how much dust there was, and showed me how the other company had just reached in with their hand and cleaned it. They also took apart the air conditioner, and cleaned it out. What was nice, was that when they go in and out of the house, they put on the little booties, and they kept the house clean. They are courteous, and they are good. They came on time, they did a great job, and I had no problems with them.

We think that it went really well for us. It has been working great. We had to dust and vacuum everyday before they came out. We were very pleased at the service that they gave us. They were extremely polite and professional about it. We would have them back and we have recommended them to neighbors. Other people in my neighborhood have used them. We called them and they came a couple of days later. They were punctual in getting it done on time and they showed up on time. We would recommend them to anybody.

We've had a good experience with them a couple of times. The last time they couldn't resolve the issue. It was more a plumbing issue but they tried and they refunded our money. The service went very well. We had worked with them before.

The positive is probably there...little professionalism. Any negatives will be the push of their yearly subscription plan for yearly check ups is a little too hard.

I would not recommend them. They are inconvenient, pushy and when they do come out; they take forever. I am waiting for my two year contract to run out. The price is reasonable. When I do get them settled into a time, they do show up on time.

They did a good work and they did it very timely. They were good people to deal with.
