Bud Anderson Heating & Cooling

It was amazing. It was excellent. We are going to use them again. They are already scheduled for a different house. There were 2 workers and they were professional. They even made my kids laugh and entertained them so that was a bonus. They cleaned up very well.

They came out, they were timely and they fixed the problem. They were probably a little bit expensive, but they fixed the problem. They had to take the valve off and a pipe on the side.I thought they were very knowledgeable, and they showed up quick. The service was good. I watched him do the job, and I can do it myself now and it would probably take an hour. I wouldn't say I wouldn't call them, but I'd probably check with someone else because of their price.

Every time they came to check the unit they ended up breaking it. Every time.

They are going to install a vent-free fireplace. I have a gold club membership with Bud Anderson. I pay them a small monthly fee and they come out twice a year to do inspections, tune ups and that sort of thing. It also gives me discounts for services and supplies. That's who I use all the time for heating and cooling. I have been using them for almost 10 years. The price was reasonable. They came out the next day after I called them to come out. They were quite punctual and very professional.

The inspection went great, the service man was knowledable and courteous. When he was finished and i mentioned the Carbon monoxide detector he wasn't aware of the offer. After about a few conversations with the office he went to his truck and returned with a detector I said i would install. The person responsible for checking their ads must have let this one slip thru the cracks. But they stood up to the plate and honored the advertisement.

Very well. They went out of their way to make sure that we were happh with all services provided.

Oh, he said he fixed the problem with our AC, but missed the real problem in the unit in the attic. Replaced the unit outside and everything, and it worked for a while, then because of the issue still remaining in the attic, the outside unit went out again. Had to repeat the entire process over again less than a year later.

Great service. Had late evening appointments available. Overall very impressed.

It went very well. They are very helpful and informative.

I'll have them come out in Spring to check my air conditioner.

Heat pump failure occurred on a Saturday and the sales rep arrived the same day, heating system replaced Sunday, the next day. Excellent response.

Turned out to be a very minor adjustment. The technician handled it swimmingly, and helped me solve the problem that was unrelated to the furnace itself. Really pleased.

Two employees came out initially and went over everything with us. I was not home when they did the installation, my husband was. The job needed at least 2 technicians to place the unit since the unit was in the attic.

My a/c unit started to act up over heating and turning off during the hottest hours of the day. So I called and set up an appointment to have it service and to see what my options were. The service department at Bud Anderson were great! They got me on the schedule right away, understanding of the importance of my time in needing to get this problem fixed. We they came out to determine the problem that my current unit was having, they were very professional and friendly. I was walked through some of the options that I could do to have the problem corrected, it was a older unit and that the hot spell we were going through was causing extra strain on the compressor (a major component) . I came to the decision to replace the unit, due to the age of the unit and the problems it was having. The replacement of the unit went smoothly and promptly, couldn't have asked for a better job! I will definitely recommend and use Bud Anderson again!

do I look like? After Stacey (man) argued (yes, argued with the customer, in their home) for some 20 minutes, finally he agreed to service both units. They told us the new unit (only 6 MONTHS OLD REMEMBER) is showing signs of rust, and the coils are bad and rusted up, and other issues. W**!!!! YOU should have done the install right!! So I called the company, they agreed to have INSTALLERS come out and install it right. Did they?? NO! They sent out Scott to DOUBLE TALK us and try to say we now had to PAY THEM TO DO THEIR JOB THE REST OF THE WAY AND INSTALL IT RIGHT!!!! AGAIN....W**!!!!! So, as he kept double talking my husband, my husband politely told him that we will no longer need his Company or their services, leave our property and never step foot on it again! And he meant it!! Our advice--DO NOT USE BUD ANDERSON, they will NICKLE AND DIME YOU TO DEATH, EVERYTIME they came out here, we PAID!! Their units are overpriced, and the install....well, I just told you how good (bad) that is!!

It was horrible. They are just crooks. They maintained my system one time and a week later it shut down. I called them and they said that I was out of freon. They pumped freon into the system and said that I had a bad leak. They said the usual that my system was old and I needed a new system. They said I had a leak and it would happen again so I couldn't leave it like that. I have a home warranty so I called them and they came to look for leaks and there were absolutely no leaks. It never happened again. In fact they actually suggested that Bud Anderson probably actually took freon out of the system. I told that to Bud Anderson and they acted as if they didn't care. I will never use them again. Their service technicians are trained to always try to sell you something. Their system is set to encourage their technicians to find something wrong so they can sell you something. Their prices are high. They always find something wrong and they always try to sell me something. They have a club where they say they will service you faster than a regular job blow. They always try to sell me something. They do act rather professional.

They are timely. They get the job done pretty quickly. Once they are finished, they did an excellent job. They seem to be very thorough about their work. For me the cost was very reasonable. They did a complete tune-up on my system for $79. For me they're my go to service provider. They are always there and when they said they are going to be there.

It went excellent. Their service is good. They're professional people that come in to your home. I know that it was extremely a fair price. They're the only ones that come in to my home. I've never had any issues with them. They're the ones I would recommend.

We have had a good experience with them. They are fine, I have no problems with them. There were no unexpected issues. Their professionalism and customer service was good. Their price was a little high.

They were very good. The price is always more than you want to pay. But I don't think you'll get it any less expensive. They were early. I had no problems at all.

It was fine. It was satisfactory. It was the first time I’ve had it done before. I do remember they stepped on my ceiling and they said they’d fix it but they never did. It wasn’t a humongous damage but very noticeable. I didn’t get any quote from anybody else.
