Description of Work: I have always been satisfied with the service and quality of work from Bud Anderson until this last service spring service check through my yearly contract. Let me first be honest in saying my AC is older is due to be replaced. Bud Anderson has wanted to replace it for the last two years. This year, the technician flushed the line from the outside which apparently caused something to get stuck in the line. Almost as soon as he left, water was running out of my overflow pipe into the garage. The tech returned and inspected "things" and said - "It's all ok, let's turn your AC back on." Next time I go into the garage I now have water pouring through the ceiling and through my electrical ceiling lights. Bud Anderson's response: A salesman comes out, shrugs his shoulders and gives me an another estimate for a new AC. No acknowledgement of the damage done to my garage ceiling and electrical. They did however, send out another technician who rinsed the clog out and made sure the line was clear before he turned the AC back on -the AC has been working fine for the last three weeks. However - my garage ceiling is peeling and my garage lights don't work - but they called several times wanting to sell me a new ac unit.

Description of Work: "Missed 3 appointments, the 4th guy shows |up with no tools and gives my wife an estimate and a bill. The bill was for diagnostic, but the diagnostic was already complete. Called to get my money back but the service manager was too busy to talk and I guess he still is. In addition, the estimate was for $1200 dollars it was fixed for $ 175."

When comparing estimates we suggest you get estimates with specific information about the equipment, warranties, line sets, electrical disconnect, and all work to be done. Make sure the company is properly insured, licensed, and bonded and applies for the proper permits. You can get cheaper work and equipment but see what corners they are going to cut and if it's acceptable to you.
