Description of Work: This was an after hours emergency call. The telephone operator, however, charged the REGULAR call rate. The serviceman contacted us as soon as he was on his way. He arrived shortly thereafter; when he entered, he lay down a mat and put "booties" on to cover his shoes. Performed an efficient diagnosis, and quickly replaced the running capacitor. We later received a customer-performance call and gave him high ratings in every category except one: he was supposed to leave us a "blue booklet" about B.Anderson's services. He didn't. We asked it to be sent as me might consider signing up for their heating and cooling biannual checkups.

Went well and fast
Description of Work: We have a contract with Bud Anderson where they come in and make sure our heat and air are working properly. They change our filters = they found a problem this time and fixed it while they were here. Always prompt and courteous.
