+ -1 moreThey were when I called them, I did not have to wait a month for them to show up. They could not do anything about it. It did not cost me anything but, the service contract. They could have forced me to keep the unit they brought me and they did not. If anything goes wrong with my unit, they will come out. It cost $30 for a service.
Description of Work: I used Advanced Air Incorporated. They fixed my furnace.

+ -1 moreMy air conditioning unit was old and leaking freon. At first I used another company that was unsatisfactory. When my mom heard how I was treated, I was referred to Advanced Air and a representative seen me that day. After discussing the issues with my air conditioning unit I decided to buy a whole new unit. The techs did a great job and were professional. I also have a 10 year warranty on the compressor; a five year warranty on all parts; and a 1 year warranty on labor! I couldn't be more happy!
Description of Work: New wire, Complete heatpump change out, New reinforced equipment pad, New clean dry ACR Copper tubing, Charge, New Airtite Plenum Adapt, Meet all code requirements, Complete system startup, New digital thermostat, Clean up after installation.
