I was super happy with service! We bought a home that had been vacant for almost a year. Needless to say, home was in need of a thorough inspection and spraying inside and outside. Our service tech inspected and sprayed all areas of home including backyard grass. He explained the Arkansas termite inspection and coverage and how it was performed. I bought their 1 yr service plan and termite plan . Super happy with experience with the tech and company!

We've been using them for about 2 years. They are always on time, friendly, and the same guy shows up each time, which is very nice. The results so far have been great. The house was empty and had several dead spiders when we bought it, and we only rarely see any bugs now. They send us an annual renewal notice. They are less expensive than the other option we examined.

I used this company last year when I purchased an older forclosure home. The company sent me an annual inspection reminder. I had some questions recently on crawl space issues, so when I called yesterday, I requested they come up this week. Although already booked, they made time for me within 24 hours. It was nice to see Joe, the original guy who came out last year. He remembered the home and noticed the improvements (nice to hear after such a long remodeling time). He is quick, informative, professional. All of my questions were answered.

They came in did a wonderful job at inspecting every square inch of the property for termite damage--inside and outside of the units.

We pay annually and pay for our termite inspection and bug services all together; an annual contract for all of that is around $400. They are very flexible and are always on time. I will use them again in the future.
