+ -1 moreMy 2004 Volvo was making a loud clunking noise for which I brought it in to West End back in November. West End test drove it and thought they had identified the noise and replaced the front stabilizer bar. They were very pleasant. The cost was a little under 200 which I was thrilled about. Until the noise was back on the way home. I didn't have time to bring the car back in until after the holidays. When I finally got around to bringing it back they were sincerely concerned that the problem had not been fixed. They took me along for the test drive to make sure they had the right issue. They did find the problem which was apparently associated with the stabilizer bar. They fixed it. They charged me nothing in addition. They were also kind enough to put on a new license plate (the bolts were frozen on the old one) without charging me. I think these people are honest and they have uncompromising professional standards. I will absolute. I will absolutely use this company again.
